Overspray Collective x Projeks - Paint Jam Mural
For International Women’s Day, I joined Overspray Collective for a paint jam at Projeks MCR Skatepark. Overspray Collective is a Manchester based collective making street art accessible and safer for underrepresented genders. They invited to me a paint jam, which is an event where artists come together to paint simultaneously at different parts of the same venue.
My artwork entitled “Rad Rat!” was inspired by the radical history of skateboarding and how it's become a supportive space that embodies creativity, individuality & community.
